RETURN/REFUND POLICY          

OUR RETURN POLICY IS QUITE GENEROUS. 

We do not charge restocking fee on any candy/chocolate orders below $250.00          

Below are a few more guidelines. 

All return claim must be received within 10 days of your order recipt as determined by UPS.         

Tracking numbers or numbers from any other shipper.          

*Special orders of chocolate products cannot be returned. TOTALLY CHOCOLATE,INC will refund the cost of your order less shipping charges when its received unopened and in new condition.

* TOTALLY CHOCOLATE INC  is not responsible for the cost of shipping back to its warehouse unless the product  was defective or was not what you ordered.*When placing candy/chocolate bar orders,they will be shipped withing 3 days or faster if requested and necessary.

*During the hot weather months,do not choose ground shipping.We also include free ice packs for chocolates and other delicate products as needed.

*Please type your shipping adress carefully in order to receive your order on time.
